A Tale of a Farmer.

Oh God please do reform my little farm,
I don't understand why do you always keep calm?

I am a farmer,
believed to be this country's real Transformer.

To begin with I have a piece of a land,
what do I do? when there's no cash in my hand.

Hence with the little amount that I am forced to borrow,
at the end would pile up my sorrow like Mt.Kilimanjaro.

Though I sow seeds of hope,
but when there's no rain around, this hope has no scope.

If at all there is a little rain,
with all the pain,
the produced yield wouldn't fetch much gain.

Despite all the odds, the gain I get wouldn't be enough even to pay my interest,
literally I am under arrest,
Who would help me to come out of this complex test,
None... So at last I end up taking long rest.....

  2. Indeed true. Although we have food security act, but there's no security for these poor farmers.

  3. ask farmers to not to vote to village sarpanch who doesn't listen to their vows.tell farmers to not to take money to vote corrupt or to take side of corrupt to get their little things done.ask farmers to not to get scared of might of local politicians.if they can defy all this, which is an individual responsibility, they need not wait for rain gods, they need not complain.things will happen on their own coz you stood for right things.

all poor people are not good people, all farmers are not responsible people.people who stood for morals should complain, people who are morally right should ask for reforms.

    1. Can't agree with you shiva. What you said is ideal. In reality things are different. I saw many responsible people who erstwhile said we won't endorse any party now they themselves have changed the stance and ready to fight elections. Also please note that not all farmers vote by taking money may be some exceptions but can't generalise. Moreover vagaries of monsoon cannot be linked to political situation. Although I agree with your point that there has to be some good practices from public as well as what you suggested about voting genuine person, not taking money etc....
Coming to point of responsibility, frankly speaking no one in this country is responsible.

  4. hmm i wrote that coz am responsible.i do agree that most of indians are into fraudulent practices and single person can't fight 1 billion people. i din't become irresponsible coz everyone is irresponsible.whenever someone indulges in malpractices in my life,as a individual, i do fight everyone. i din't stay silent,i wrote very harsh reviews or feedback on corporate hospitals like apollo, multiplexes and restaurants and corporates like colgate,coca- cola etc etc for cheating me.i can never be mute spectator if someone is cheating me in open.i got letters of apology from these corporates and people are scared of me coz i do use very very harsh language to bring their brand value down.people who are educated should behave like this, otherwise people should not complain about our society.

i have seen villages from my childhood and how farmers, sarpanches take sides.well people who did change their stance like kejriwal and kiran bedi are ngo guys.ngo guys make living by selling noble cause.any person who sells noble cause is a person of least morals, they are not noble or ideal people.these are opportunists who use noble cause to grow politically.if you take kailash satyarthi too,he could not answer simple questions on cnn interview coz he was not genuine nobel laureate.these people got nobel by lobbying.so everything in this world went corrupt including nobel peace prize.what we all can do is fight as individual without looking for fame.
